Rural gîte 3 wheat



The gîte is available only for short term rentals. During school holidays, rentals are reserved exclusively for private users (no business bookings during school holidays). Minimum rental period = 7 nights.

• Basic weekly rate:

- Excluding school holidays: 420€ / week

- School holidays 455€/week;

- End of year: 490€/week.

Our prices are all taxes included.

- Decreasing prices for several weeks (reserved for private booking):

• 5% discount for two weeks rental

• 10% discount for three weeks rental

• 15% discount for four weeks rental

• 20% discount for five weeks rental

• 25% discount for six weeks rental or more

The weekly "check in / check out" days are:

​

• During school holidays from saturday (arrival from 6:00 pm) to saturday (starting no later than 1:00 p.m.);

• Outside of these periods, the day of arrival is according to your request (arrival from 6:00 pm, departure no later than 1:00 pm).

Rental deposit: 150 € private users / 250 € business users.

- Charges and services on request:

​

The gîte " Le haut des fiefs " has been renovated from a " low energy " level ( insulation value k = 29). It requires little heat input. To encourage the use of renewable energy , we offer tenants the possibility to heat with a wood stove . However , each part of the house is equipped with electrical heating.

 

Renting the gite includes in the price water ( hot and cold ).

 

Regarding electricity,  40 kWh / week are included in the rent. This is supposed to cover normal weekly consumption excluding heating. Package overruns are charged at 0.30 € / kwh depending on the actual consumption of the tenant.

 

Between October 1st and March 31st, we ask for an additional fixed charge of 20€/week intended to cover the use of the wood stove (wood at will).

 

Cleaning charges are borne by the guest. The guest should  provide sheets (bottom and top ; single bed = 90 X 200, double bed = 180 X200), duvet covers, bath towels and kitchen towels (cloths).

 

Or on specific request  (optional) :

 

• final cleaning: 50 €

• supply of bed sheets: 15€ / double bed ; 10€/single bed).

• supply of towels and bath towels: 5€ / person.

 

- Main conditions: 

 

• Pets are not allowed.

• maintain quite out of respect local residents;

• adopt behaviour that respect the environment in general: fauna, flora, various facilities, etc.

• no smoking inside the gite and use outdoor ashtrays provided for this purpose ;

• not to attend the bee apiary located to the end of the garden without the presence of the owner. More generally, the owner is not responsible for any accident that may occur inside and around the gîte.

 

The owner has subscribed to a clause waiving recourse by his insurance company against the guest. The guest’s possessions are, however, not covered.
